Steve took our initial phone call, and set up a time for someone to come measure. Alan came at the set time, measured the floor and showed us the options. He kindly answered all of our questions. Within days we had a estimate and was told there would be about a 3 week wait. When our vinyl arrived we were contacted about a time to come and do the work. Phil showed up at the scheduled time and was very friendly and upbeat. It took a bit over 2 hours to complete the job, again within the estimated time. We are so pleased with the end result and would recommend Brown's to anyone.

Steve Brown was very helpful in our quest for a new set of sofas, very helpful online and instore; in fact so helpful that we placed an order with him. We found just what we wanted at a price that we wanted to pay; well a price we had to pay but you gotta pay haven't you. So........if you are looking for furniture or carpets Browns are worth contacting or popping in to the shop for. And, if looking for La-Z-Boy furniture, then definitely give them a try. By the way, there is not any parking at the store but there is a short stay carpark within 100 metres of it.
